Terms governing the use of services provided by TEAMBASS LLC, doing business as Titan Moving.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by TEAMBASS LLC, a Kansas limited liability company doing business as Titan Moving (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By scheduling a move, signing a work order, using our website at titan-moving.com, receiving our SMS communications, or accessing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Titan Moving provides residential and commercial moving services, including packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and supply provision. We operate under U.S. Department of Transportation registration USDOT 2727872 and are based in Wichita, Kansas.

Specific services, pricing, and scope are detailed in the work order or written estimate provided at the time of booking. Any verbal estimate is preliminary and not binding until reduced to writing.

3. Booking, Deposits, and Cancellation

Booking

Moves are scheduled subject to crew and equipment availability. Confirmation of a scheduled date requires a written work order signed by the customer and acceptance by Titan Moving.

Deposits

  • Local moves (under 100 miles): A date-hold deposit is required to reserve the scheduled date.
  • Long-distance moves (100 miles or more): A date-hold deposit plus 50% of the estimated total is required, due no later than three business days prior to the move date.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set forth in the work order. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing relative to the scheduled date.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on the work order and may include labor, drive time, trip charge (service fee), supplies used, and applicable storage. Crew tips are at the customer’s discretion and are paid separately or included on the invoice as the customer elects.

Final invoice amounts are calculated based on actual hours worked, supplies used, and any agreed adjustments. Discounts and courtesy waivers are itemized on the invoice rather than removed silently.

Payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are stated on the invoice.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate origin and destination addresses, access details, and inventory descriptions
  • Securing or removing valuables, perishables, hazardous materials, and items unsuitable for moving
  • Ensuring authorized persons are available at pickup and delivery
  • Disclosing items requiring special handling or extraordinary care
  • Reviewing and signing all relevant work documents, including any liability acknowledgments

6. Liability and Claims

Important: Liability for loss or damage to household goods is governed by applicable federal regulations (49 C.F.R. Part 375 for interstate moves) and state law for intrastate moves. The specific liability terms — including released-value and full-value protection options — are stated on the work order signed at the time of service. Claims must be submitted in writing within the time periods stated on the work order.

Titan Moving is not responsible for items the customer packed themselves where damage results from packing rather than handling, items of extraordinary value not disclosed in advance, or items prohibited from transport.

7. SMS Communications

By providing a cell phone number in connection with our services — whether as a customer or as a crew member — and by opting in through the methods described in our Privacy Policy, you consent to receive SMS messages from Titan Moving for the purposes described therein.

SMS Terms in Brief. Our SMS communications are operational and transactional. Standard message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies based on the recipient’s relationship with us — for crew members, message frequency varies with work schedule. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. We will not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Account and System Use

Our internal dispatch application and any related digital tools are provided for use by Titan Moving customers and personnel. Users must not attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others, interfere with system operation, or use the system for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

The Titan Moving name, logo, and any related branding remain the property of TEAMBASS LLC. Website content, application code, and related materials are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute these materials without our written permission.

10. Disclaimers

Except as expressly provided in a signed work order or as required by applicable law, our services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific arrival or completion times beyond reasonable best efforts, particularly when weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control affect operations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of TEAMBASS LLC arising out of or relating to any moving service shall be limited to the amounts and terms set forth in the signed work order and applicable transportation regulations. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sedgwick County, Kansas, unless the parties agree in writing to alternative dispute resolution.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
